Background: Forensic odontology has a advance role in identifying deceased person using dental records. Because of the growing trend litigation around world, precise recording clinical operations become increasingly necessary. Objective: To see endodontic obturation radiographs have hidden function identification. Study Design: Cross-sectional study. Place and Duration Study: Dental OPD, Central Park, Lahore Private Clinics from 1st March 2022 to 31st August 2022. Methods: From digital X-ray system's data bank, 30 periapical patients who had treatment mandibular left (first molars with three canals) were randomly selected. The ante-mortem "Set 1" consisted post-operative radiographs. thirty radiographs, ten reprinted, labelled (A-J), deemed post-mortem 2."This 2" group 10 would be compared Ten dentally educated persons examine these two sets Each examiner was given 2," task matching individual ("Set 2") 1"). Results: Thirty four examiners 100% success rate, 4 97.5% rate (1 mismatch), 2 95% (2 mismatches).
